Images of the Month - October 2005
Water, Falling. Beautiful.

There’s something about a waterfall that stirs the imagination. Even the smallest little trickle becomes something so much more as it spills from a ledge.

“I liked the way the little pools at the base of each cascade shined with reflected light....”
“The Falls of Elakala” - West Virginia

“Falling a total of 411 feet in several sections (highest waterfall east of the Rockies), I thought the upper section with its giant boulders in the foreground was the most handsome.”
“Upper Whitewater Falls” - North Carolina

Thanks for looking! I post these images for two reasons: (1) for those who are interested in seeing my latest work and (2) because they are a great way for me to guage reaction. Due to the significant investment in printing images, I often hold off going into the darkroom until I get your reactions.
>>>> I would greatly appreciate your feedback - now.
