This spring I went prowling around the mountain backcountry of North Carolina looking for anything interesting. I found old America, scenes from another century. And I found lots of old, red barns - for some reason even the most dilapidated barns are still kept painted bright red, not like here in Western New York where most old barns are a deep, weathered gray. Below are a few I especially liked. |
