Images of the Month - June 2004
A New England Summer Morning
Ahhh, those hazy, lazy, blazey, sometimes crazy days of summer.
Early this morning, the fecund air, thick with the possibilities of the
day ahead, lays down a carpet of dew so heavy I find it hard to
believe in its ephemerality. I do however, have no problem
believing in its immediate existence as it works its way up, over
the top and into my 'waterproof' boots where it squishes between
my toes as I roam the verdant fields of Vermont.

“West Arlington Covered Bridge - Summer”

Early morning. I grab this shot while the tourists, who will arrive later in droves to this, the hometown of Norman Rockwell, are still making plans over their short stacks smothered in Real Vermont Maple Syrup.

Thanks for looking! I post these images for two reasons: (1) for those who are interested in seeing my latest work and (2) because they are a great way for me to guage reaction. Due to the significant investment in printing images, I often hold off going into the darkroom until I get your reactions.
>>>> I would greatly appreciate your feedback - now.
